Orientation held for New Presbytery Council Members
The Ga Presbytery held an orientation for New Presbytery Council Members at the Jubilee House Auditorium on 14th February 2008.The orientation was aimed at briefing the new Council on what was expected of them.
The Clerk of Ga Presbytery, Rev. Esther Adjetey opened the meeting with an exhortation.
In delivering his address, the Chairperson of Ga Presbytery Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey intimated that Council Members were expected to provide spiritual leadership to members of their Congregations and further enumerated the types of leadership,the functions of a leader, the difference between spiritual and natural leadership among others.
Members of the New Council had the opportuinity to interact with the Chairperson and Clerk on some pertinent issues.
